Dispatch & Delivery Information
Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day or next working day.
Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Standard Delivery - Delivery in a approx. 3-5 working days after Lovely Professional has processed your order. If ordered after 3 pm on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.
LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
We will send a confirmation to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Royal Mail / EVRi will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our premises, we are not liable for your package.
If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +447767236215 - within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer exchange/refunds on items that are sealed and unused. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TWEEZERS, WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED FOR HYGIENE REASONS. If we are not notified within 14 days of receiving the product, it will not be able to be refunded or exchanged.
If the item is faulty, you will need to contact us on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your product with providing images and full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by Lovely Professional team. If we receive an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, then a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you.
We are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. (We recommend you get Proof of Posting).
